- Invited speaker forms
- Exhibitor touchpoints

- Virtual Conference platform
- User dashboard
Please note that this statement does not cover the administrator platform.

Our commitment to accessibility
Oxford Abstracts is committed to making its services accessible to as many users as possible.
Our goal is for all supported domains to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
This includes measures such as:
- Providing meaningful alternative text for non-text content
- Allowing users to zoom in by up to 200% without any loss of content or functionality
- Supporting full keyboard-only navigation
- Maintaining compatibility with screen readers
- Presenting clear, structured content with appropriate headings and labels

How accessible are our services?
We have made significant progress in improving accessibility across our platforms, particularly the Virtual Conference platform, to align with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.
What are we doing to improve accessibility?
Accessibility considerations are embedded within our design and development processes.
All new and updated features are developed in line with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards to support ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
How we tested our services
In May 2025, and again in June 2026, we conducted comprehensive accessibility audits using a combination of automated and manual testing methods.

Content that is outside our control
While we aim to provide a consistent and accessible template for all events, some elements are controlled by our clients.
For example, clients can configure:
- Font and background colours
- Images and logos
- Video and audio content provided through third-party tools
As a result, the accessibility of customised event content may vary depending on each client’s configuration.
